ข้อตกลงการใช้งาน

มีผลตั้งแต่ 11 ตุลาคม 2569

ximon.io ("เกม") ให้บริการโดยผู้พัฒนา ximon.io ติดต่อ staff@ximon.io เมื่อคุณสร้างบัญชีหรือเล่นเกม ถือว่าคุณอ่านและยอมรับข้อตกลงนี้และนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว

1. อายุผู้เล่น

ผู้เล่นต้องมีอายุ 13 ปีขึ้นไป
ผู้เล่นอายุต่ำกว่า 20 ปี (ผู้เยาว์ตามกฎหมายไทย) ต้องได้รับความยินยอมจากผู้ปกครองก่อนเติม crystal หรือซื้อสิ่งใดด้วยเงินจริง

2. บัญชี

บัญชีเข้าด้วย Public ID + passcode คุณต้องเก็บ passcode เอง เราเก็บแบบเข้ารหัสทางเดียวและกู้คืนรหัสเดิมให้ไม่ได้
ห้ามซื้อ ขาย ให้เช่า หรือแลกเปลี่ยนบัญชี ไอเทม หรือ crystal ด้วยเงินจริงหรือนอกเกม

3. Crystal, VIP และไอเทมในเกม

Crystal, gold, VIP, ไอเทม มอนสเตอร์ และของในเกมทั้งหมด เป็นสิทธิ์ใช้งานภายในเกมเท่านั้น ไม่ใช่ทรัพย์สิน ไม่มีมูลค่าเป็นเงิน แลกคืนเป็นเงินหรือโอนออกนอกเกมไม่ได้
ชำระเงินด้วยการโอน PromptPay แล้วแนบสลิป สลิปถูกส่งไปตรวจกับ Slip2Go และธนาคาร เราไม่เก็บรูปสลิป
ไม่คืนเงิน สำหรับ crystal ที่ซื้อแล้ว ทั้งที่ใช้แล้วและยังไม่ได้ใช้ ยกเว้นกรณีจ่ายเงินสำเร็จแต่ไม่ได้รับ crystal หรือถูกตัดเงินซ้ำจากความผิดพลาดของระบบ แจ้งที่อีเมลด้านบนพร้อมหลักฐานภายใน 30 วัน
ก่อนชำระทุกครั้ง ผู้ซื้อยืนยันว่าอายุ 20 ปีขึ้นไป หรือผู้ปกครองอนุญาตแล้ว ผู้ปกครองที่ไม่ได้อนุญาตการซื้อของผู้เยาว์ ติดต่อขอคืนเงินได้ทางอีเมลพร้อม Public ID และเลขรายการ
เมื่อคืนเงิน หรือมีการปฏิเสธการชำระ (chargeback) crystal ของรายการนั้นจะถูกหักคืนจากบัญชี (สูงสุดเท่าที่เหลือในบัญชี)
VIP มีอายุตามจำนวนวันที่ซื้อ ไม่ต่ออายุอัตโนมัติ และไม่คืน crystal เมื่อซื้อแล้ว

4. กล่องสุ่มและของรางวัล

กล่องสุ่มแสดงรายการของและโอกาสได้รับในเกม ของที่ได้ใช้ได้ภายในเกมเท่านั้น
เราอาจปรับสมดุลเกม ค่าสถานะ โอกาสดรอป หรือของรางวัลในอนาคต โดยแจ้งผ่านบันทึกอัปเดตในเกม

5. การใช้งานที่ไม่อนุญาต

ใช้บอท สคริปต์ โปรแกรมช่วยเล่น หรือช่องโหว่ของเกมเพื่อได้เปรียบ
ข้อความในแชทหรือชื่อที่หยาบคาย คุกคาม ลามก ผิดกฎหมาย หลอกลวง หรือเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนตัวผู้อื่น
โจมตี รบกวน หรือพยายามเข้าถึงระบบของเกมโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต

หากฝ่าฝืน เราอาจลบข้อความ จำกัดการใช้งาน ระงับ หรือปิดบัญชีได้ โดยไม่คืน crystal หรือของในเกม

6. การให้บริการ

เกมให้บริการ "ตามสภาพ" อาจหยุดชั่วคราว มีข้อผิดพลาด หรือเปลี่ยนแปลงได้
เราอาจยุติการให้บริการเกม โดยจะแจ้งในเกมล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 30 วัน และหยุดขาย crystal ทันทีที่ประกาศ
ความรับผิดของเราต่อผู้เล่นแต่ละคนไม่เกินจำนวนเงินที่ผู้เล่นนั้นจ่ายให้เราใน 3 เดือนล่าสุด เท่าที่กฎหมายอนุญาต

7. ทั่วไป

เราอาจแก้ไขข้อตกลงนี้ หากเปลี่ยนแปลงสาระสำคัญจะแจ้งในเกม การเล่นต่อหลังจากนั้นถือว่ายอมรับ
ข้อตกลงนี้อยู่ภายใต้กฎหมายไทย
ภาพ ตัวละคร และเนื้อหาในเกมเป็นลิขสิทธิ์ของ ximon.io

1. ข้อมูลที่เราเก็บ

บัญชีและการเล่น: ชื่อในเกม, Public ID, passcode (เข้ารหัสทางเดียว), ภาษา, มอนสเตอร์ ไอเทม ผลการต่อสู้ อันดับ และเวลาที่เข้าเล่นล่าสุด
แชท: ข้อความในแชทโลก เก็บไว้ประมาณ 1 ชั่วโมงล่าสุด
การชำระเงิน: แพ็กที่ซื้อ จำนวนเงิน สถานะ และเลขอ้างอิงรายการโอนจากสลิป (รายการเก่า: รหัสรายการของ Stripe)
ทางเทคนิค: IP address และข้อมูลการเชื่อมต่อ เพื่อจำกัดการใช้งานเกินและป้องกันการโจมตี
ที่มาของการสมัคร: แหล่งที่มา เช่น ชื่อแคมเปญโฆษณาหรือเว็บที่ลิงก์มา (ไม่ใช่ตัวระบุตัวตน)
ในเครื่องของคุณ (localStorage): โทเคนเข้าระบบ ภาษา และการตั้งค่า จำเป็นต่อการเล่น
คุกกี้โฆษณา Meta Pixel: ใช้เฉพาะเมื่อคุณกด "ยอมรับ" เพื่อวัดผลโฆษณาบน Facebook / Instagram

2. เราใช้ข้อมูลเพื่อ

ให้บริการเกม เก็บความคืบหน้า จัดอันดับ และจับคู่ต่อสู้ (ฐาน: สัญญา)
ดำเนินการชำระเงินและตรวจสอบปัญหาการจ่าย (ฐาน: สัญญา / หน้าที่ตามกฎหมาย)
ป้องกันการโกง สแปม และการโจมตี (ฐาน: ประโยชน์โดยชอบด้วยกฎหมาย)
วัดผลโฆษณาด้วย Meta Pixel (ฐาน: ความยินยอม ถอนได้ทุกเมื่อ)

3. ผู้ที่เราส่งข้อมูลให้

Cloudflare: โฮสต์เกมและฐานข้อมูล
Slip2Go: ตรวจสลิปโอนเงิน · Stripe: รายการชำระเงินเก่า
Meta Platforms: เฉพาะเมื่อคุณยอมรับคุกกี้โฆษณา

ผู้ให้บริการเหล่านี้อาจเก็บข้อมูลนอกประเทศไทย ภายใต้มาตรฐานการคุ้มครองของผู้ให้บริการนั้น เราไม่ขายข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล

4. ระยะเวลาเก็บ

ข้อมูลบัญชีเก็บตลอดที่บัญชียังใช้งาน หรือจนกว่าคุณขอลบ
ข้อมูลการชำระเงินเก็บตามที่กฎหมายบัญชีและภาษีกำหนด
log ทางเทคนิคเก็บตามระยะเวลาของผู้ให้บริการและที่กฎหมายกำหนด

5. สิทธิ์ของคุณ

ขอเข้าถึงหรือขอสำเนา, แก้ไข, ลบบัญชี, คัดค้านหรือจำกัดการใช้, ขอโอนย้ายข้อมูล และถอนความยินยอม ลบบัญชีเองได้ในแอป Android หรือทางอีเมล (วิธีลบบัญชี) คำขออื่นส่งทางอีเมลพร้อม Public ID ของคุณ เราจะตอบภายใน 30 วัน และคุณมีสิทธิ์ร้องเรียนต่อสำนักงานคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (สคส.)

เปลี่ยนการยินยอมคุกกี้โฆษณาได้ที่ เกม → ตั้งค่า → ทั่วไป

6. เด็ก

เกมไม่ได้ออกแบบสำหรับเด็กอายุต่ำกว่า 13 ปี หากพบว่ามีบัญชีของเด็กอายุต่ำกว่า 13 ปี ผู้ปกครองติดต่อให้เราลบได้ทางอีเมล

7. การเปลี่ยนแปลง

หากแก้ไขนโยบายนี้ในสาระสำคัญ เราจะแจ้งในเกม

การลบบัญชี

ximon.io (เว็บและแอป Android)

ในแอป Android

เปิดแอป ximon.io บน Android แล้วเข้าบัญชีที่ต้องการลบ
เปิด ตั้งค่า → แท็บ บัญชี → ลบบัญชี
พิมพ์ Public ID ของคุณ แล้วกด ลบบัญชีถาวร และยืนยันอีกครั้ง

บัญชีถูกลบทันทีที่ยืนยัน กู้คืนไม่ได้

บนเว็บ หรือเข้าบัญชีไม่ได้

อีเมลมาที่ staff@ximon.io หัวข้อ "ลบบัญชี" พร้อม Public ID เราจะตรวจสอบและลบให้ภายใน 30 วัน

บันทึกไอเทม / การซื้อขาย และบันทึกว่าบัญชีถูกลบเมื่อใด: เพื่อป้องกันการโกง ผูกกับเลขบัญชีภายในเท่านั้น
รีเพลย์การต่อสู้และอันดับหอคอยที่มีผู้เล่นคนอื่นร่วมอยู่: เป็นประวัติของผู้เล่นอื่นด้วย

Terms of Service

Effective 11 October 2026

ximon.io (the "Game") is run by the ximon.io developer, contact staff@ximon.io. By creating an account or playing, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

1. Age

You must be 13 or older to play.
Players under 20 (minors under Thai law) need a parent's or guardian's permission before buying crystal or anything with real money.

2. Accounts

Accounts sign in with a Public ID + passcode. Keep your passcode safe: we store it one-way hashed and cannot recover it.
Buying, selling, renting or trading accounts, items or crystal for real money or outside the Game is not allowed.

3. Crystal, VIP and in-game items

Crystal, gold, VIP, items, monsters and all in-game content are a limited licence to use inside the Game. They are not property, have no cash value and cannot be cashed out or transferred out of the Game.
Payments are PromptPay transfers with an uploaded slip. The slip is checked with Slip2Go and the bank; we don't keep the slip image.
No refunds for purchased crystal, used or unused, except when a payment succeeded but no crystal arrived, or you were charged twice by a system error. Email us with proof within 30 days.
Before every payment the buyer confirms they are 20 or older, or a parent has allowed it. A parent who did not allow a minor's purchase can ask for a refund by email with the Public ID and transaction number.
When a payment is refunded or charged back, that purchase's crystal is taken back from the account (up to what is left).
VIP lasts for the days bought, never renews automatically, and its crystal is not refunded.

4. Random boxes and rewards

Random boxes show their contents and odds in the Game. What you get is usable inside the Game only.
We may rebalance stats, drop rates or rewards, announced in the in-game release notes.

5. Not allowed

Bots, scripts, cheat tools or exploiting bugs for an advantage.
Chat messages or names that are abusive, harassing, sexual, illegal, scams, or reveal someone's personal data.
Attacking, disrupting or accessing the Game's systems without permission.

Breaking these rules may lead to removed messages, restrictions, suspension or account closure, without refund of crystal or items.

6. Service

The Game is provided "as is" and may pause, have bugs or change.
If we shut the Game down we will announce it in the Game at least 30 days ahead and stop selling crystal at once.
To the extent the law allows, our liability to each player is limited to what that player paid us in the last 3 months.

7. General

We may update these terms; material changes are announced in the Game, and playing on means you accept them.
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. If the Thai and English versions differ, the Thai version applies.
Art, characters and content in the Game are owned by ximon.io.

Privacy Policy

Effective 11 October 2026 · under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA)

1. What we collect

Account and play: in-game name, Public ID, passcode (one-way hashed), language, monsters, items, battle results, rankings and last-seen time.
Chat: world chat messages, kept for about the last hour.
Payments: pack, amount, status and the transfer reference from the slip (older payments: the Stripe transaction id).
Technical: IP address and connection data, for rate limits and attack protection.
Signup source: where you came from, e.g. an ad campaign name or referring site (not an identifier).
On your device (localStorage): sign-in token, language and settings, needed to play.
Meta Pixel ad cookies: only after you press "Accept", to measure Facebook / Instagram ads.

2. Why we use it

Run the Game, save progress, rankings and matchmaking (basis: contract).
Process payments and check payment problems (basis: contract / legal duty).
Prevent cheating, spam and attacks (basis: legitimate interest).
Measure ads with Meta Pixel (basis: consent, withdraw any time).

3. Who receives it

Cloudflare: hosting and database.
Slip2Go: slip checks · Stripe: older payments.
Meta Platforms: only if you accept ad cookies.

These providers may store data outside Thailand under their own safeguards. We never sell personal data.

4. How long

Account data: while the account is in use, or until you ask us to delete it.
Payment records: as long as accounting and tax law require.
Technical logs: per the providers' retention and the law.

5. Your rights

Access or copy, correct, delete your account, object or restrict use, data portability, and withdraw consent. Delete your account in the Android app or by email (how); for anything else, email us with your Public ID; we answer within 30 days. You may also complain to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).

Change your ad-cookie choice in Game → Settings → General.

6. Children

The Game is not made for children under 13. If a child under 13 has an account, a parent can email us to delete it.

7. Changes

Material changes to this policy are announced in the Game.

Delete your account

ximon.io (web and Android app)

In the Android app

Open the ximon.io Android app and log in to the account you want to delete.
Open Settings → Account tab → Delete account.
Type your Public ID, tap Delete for good, then confirm.

The account is deleted at once when you confirm. It can't be restored.

On the web, or can't log in

Email staff@ximon.io with the subject "Delete account" and your Public ID. We check and delete it within 30 days.

What is deleted

Public ID and passcode (the account can't be used again), titles, signup source, account settings.
All monsters and their names, items, charms, gear, tarot cards, fashion, island, gold and any crystal left (no refund).
Mailbox, MMR / boss rankings, and items listed in the market.

What is kept

Payment and crystal records, as accounting and tax law require.
Item / trade logs and a record of when the account was deleted, to prevent cheating, tied only to an internal account number.
Battle replays and tower rankings shared with other players, because they are those players' history too.
